Kegel exercises are a series of pelvic muscle exercises designed to strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor. Many Women with urinary incontinence can decrease their urinary leakage during coughing, laughing, sneezing, or other activities by exercising the muscles of the pelvic floor.
